This single-family modern carriage home was designed by Christian P. Hemrick, RA, NCARB, while working for MHK Architecture. It boasts multiple garages with trellised bougainvillea, a mother-in-law suite above, twin lookout towers, open rafters with brackets, privacy windows, and a front-stretching porch. The initial design drawings carried through to the final built house. On the end is the AI render showing it in the Maine country-farm land. The materials, such as the random stone rubble, the painted siding, board and batten, naturally weathered shakes, and brick double chimneys show how the regional style would look on a home with similar massing and programming.
