This custom single-family home was designed by Christian P. Hemrick, RA, NCARB, with MHK Architecture, and London Bay Homes. The built home - all images except the AI rendering in the autumn setting - was completed following these initial design documents. It is just steps from the beach and serves those who love outdoor life. Grilling, dining, lounging, swimming etc. can all be done from multiple levels and structures. Front of house was stylized with New England countryside in mind. The extensive glazing offers a warm welcome while letting in the winter sun. Roof pitches are increased for snow loads while elements such as the gables, the hips, dormers, and the ‘silo lighthouse’ add regional recognition.
